Welcome to the 2023 Phantom Spring Season Registration!

Welcome Phantoms!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. You can expect the registration process to take 10-20 minutes to complete. Please have your credit/debit card information available to complete payment online.

Important Information Before Starting

Please read the important information below before starting - it could save you money!

Age Groups

Your player will register for an age group (8U, 10U, 12U, 14U) and will be automatically assigned to that age group for checkout based on their birthdate. For a player to play up or down one age group is possible, but requires a special waiver that will be completed AFTER registration and before practice starts. Please do NOT modify your players true date of birth to get into a different age group - we will work with you to petition the league to make those moves after registration. In the event that the registration fee is greater or less than originally paid, an additional invoice or refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment.

For the 2023 Spring season, default age group assignments for both boys and girls are:

8U Born on or after 9/1/2014
10U Born between 9/1/2012 and 8/31/2014
12U Born between 9/1/2010 and 8/31/2012
14U Born between 9/1/2008 and 8/31/2010

 

2023 Registration Fees

Registration fees are set based on a number of factors that are age-group dependent. Primarily this includes fees paid to the league (team registration and officials) as well as field time for practices and games. The fee schedule for the 2023 Spring Phantom Season is:

Early Bird Discounts

A $25 per registration discount is applied for all registrations that happen before 12:00AM on Oct 16, 2022. Please don't wait until the last minute, as issues do arise that may take time. In particular, if you are a new player and need to get your USA Lacrosse Membership number before registering, do not rely on that membership data being immediately  accessible. You will not be able to continue past the first section of registration without that automatic validation of your USAL #.

Sibling Discounts

Besides the early bird discounts, we apply sibling discounts for families with multiple players registered for the same season. You must complete all of the registrations at a single sitting for the discount to be automatically applied. The discount will be applied to the sibling with the lower registration. Discounts are 10% for the 2nd sibling, and 15% for 3rd and more siblings.

Coaching Discounts

If you are planning to coach, please contact our boys coordinator or girls coordinator for a discount code to use upon checkout. You should have this code before registering your player for the smoothest transaction.

Referral Discounts

Every NEW player you refer that signs up for the Spring season will earn 10% off your registration for your player in the closest age group. Because you may have already registered your player (and thus paid) when the referred player signed up, these referral bonuses will be offered in the form of a refund back to the credit card used for registration. We will aim to have all of these refunds processed by the time teams are registered in early January. Sorry, siblings DO NOT count as referrals

Eligibility

Players should be a resident of Livermore, Dublin, Mountain House, or Tracy. Players outside of those townships must request a "play out of area" waiver from the NCJLA before registering outside of the area serviced by your home team.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined below. Please understand that withdrawals after we have made staffing and team registration decisions with the league is a burden on the club and we cannot always refund 100%, although we will work to be fair as we understand that personal circumstances change and new players may not always fall in love with the sport. These policies are guidance, and can be amended at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

US LACROSSE REQUIREMENT

An active USA Lacrosse Membership valid through at least June 1, 2023 is required.  You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1:  Obtain a US Lacrosse Membership
    • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE
      •  Each athlete must have their own unique US Lacrosse membership
    • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Membership ID that you received in Step 1.
